Sales Executive (DACH Region)








Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to help increase the visibility and awareness of our prosthetics offering in Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.

We are looking for someone that:

  • Can excel in a fast-paced startup environment - this means embracing change, trying something new, and contributing to the growth of the company
  • Has the will to sell and sales hunter DNA - you are rejection-proof, tackle challenges, ask the tough questions, are unintimidated by decision-makers, and can push beyond your comfort-zone to succeed
  • Knows that prospecting is vital to your success and the success of the company - you will develop, maintain and accelerate strong relationships with potential/existing customers and key stakeholders, including patients, CPOs and doctors
  • Is eager to attend industry events, networking activities, trainings, educational workshops, and travel to meet customers and stakeholders both locally and abroad
  • Has a passion for technology, biomechanics, innovation, the human body, or the drive to learn about them!
  • Can clearly communicate, present product presentations/demonstrations, and educate stakeholders
  • Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success


  • 3+ years of sales experience - Experience with prosthetics, medical device or pharmaceutical sales is a plus
  • Impeccable oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English (Additional European languages are an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel locally and abroad as needed (up to 50% of the time)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering is helpful, but not required

What to expect in the interview process:

The interview process consists of three (3) meetings:

  • A 30 minute virtual interview with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
  • A 60 minute in-person interview with the CSO
  • A 90 minute in-person interview with the CSO and CEO

Candidates invited to the final interview will be asked to complete an assignment/presentation that they will present during the final interview. The candidate themselves will decide how much time they need to complete it
