ABOUT THE ROLE

This role exists to bridge the critical gap between our advanced engineering and clinical application, ensuring our innovations move from the lab into the hands of prosthetists and patients. We aim to accelerate territory growth and establish the long-term trust required to make our technology the new standard in prosthetic care.

We are looking for a high-potential early-career professional—someone with 3 to 5 years of experience—who combines technical curiosity, clinical credibility, and commercial drive. The role demands a true relationship builder, passionate about patient outcomes and eager to make an impact.

Your mission is to accelerate the adoption of our innovations by bridging the gap with clinical practice, ensuring CPOs and patients have the tools they need to improve prosthetic fitting. You will drive territory growth through expert clinical support, strategic relationship building, and a relentless focus on improving patient outcomes.

You will own the full sales cycle: from prospecting, clinical demonstrations and patient trials to long-term account development. You’ll help build trust with CPOs, drive adoption, and grow revenue. This is a strategic field role that requires strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and readiness for extensive travel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Sales Ownership across your territory, including:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively target and engage new prospects via direct outreach, fairs, and industry networking.

• Product Demonstration & Clinical Trials: Deliver impactful demos, provide technical fitting support, and guide CPOs during patient trials.

• Account Management & Upsell: Support client adoption with regular visits, workshops, and training.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Adapt proposals to clinic needs and drive revenue while maximizing win rates.

• CRM, Logistics, and Order Flow: Ensure meticulous CRM entries and coordinate seamlessly with back-office and production.

• Reimbursement Support: Help CPOs navigate patient reimbursement processes efficiently.

Event & Marketing Synergy:

• Represent Axiles Bionics at regional and international trade shows and scientific congresses.

• Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and promote new product launches.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomechanics, Sport/Movement Sciences, Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Science, Prosthetics & Orthotics, or a closely related technical or clinical field, giving you the foundation to understand complex prosthetic systems.

• You bring 3–5 years of experience in sales or clinical/technical roles within the prosthetics, or biomechanics industry, ideally balancing field exposure with a startup mindset.

• You possess a "Clinical-Commercial" hybrid mindset, allowing you to engage confidently with CPOs (Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists) and patients while staying focused on revenue targets.

• You are a technical storyteller, capable of translating advanced technical concepts into clear, tangible benefits for both clinicians and end-users.

• You are highly organized and proactive, thriving when managing a full sales cycle—from initial prospecting to account management with CRM management and order flow.

• You feel at home in a clinic setting providing technical fitting support and guiding clinicians through patient trials.

• You are a resilient relationship builder, able to navigate long sales cycles and reimbursement processes with patience and professional persistence.

• You are an autonomous self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote territory while maintaining high alignment with the home office in Brussels.

• You are fluent in English and possess full professional proficiency in at least one other language relevant to your territory (e.g., German, French, Italian, or a Nordic language).

• You are mobile and adaptable, eager to travel to attend trade shows, visit customers, and perform field demonstrations.
